Okay, swapping a 95ka24de into a 90 s13. Everything is accounted for, parts replaced where needed and such. I am getting spark and fuel. The shop has agreed to let me do work on it, and I have spent the night researching and compiling information and procedures to check on. Right now the car will crank but won't turn over. I have my ideas from searching, but would like some more input. Heres what I've got:

1)The obvious compression test. 2) The shop may have messed up the wiring on the harness to the ecu. There are 8 wires connected, not 5 like there should be. Thats that first thing I am checking in the morning, I will die if this is the problem. 3) Alternator, or alternator fuse 75A. 4) Timing. Take valve cover off, crank to tdc. Check to see if rotor is at 1st position. If this doesnt work, I think the spark may be thrown on the exhaust stroke and not intake, so I will rotate another 180 degrees, pullout and reset the distributor again. 5) Heard that the seals on the fuel injectors may be leaking and causing a pig rich problem, not letting my spark ignite. So I may replace injectors AND seals.

Any more ideas on what may be causing my problem, please get back to me fast, I need the car desperatly. Thanks in advance.

Check you cam timing, while you have the valve cover off. That solved my no started when I swap my blown DE. I was just off one tooth on the intake cam so it didn't start.

I have some smoke coming from what looks like the exhaust manifold. Really not sure what it is. Doesn't seem like oil.
