Anyone want to measure up and make up a diagram of the exact sizes of the new crank collar that solves the problem? im a machinist and with with alot of CNC machines and i could definitely make up some and sell them for cheap if people are interested. I would just need someone to draw up a diagram with the EXACT measurements, meaning you would need micrometers

just puttin this out there for you guys that done want to spend the 130 bucks that places sell them for

If you search for "crank collar", there is a main thread discussing the issue. In that, I posted a pic of the installation instructions for machining the crank etc. I think that might have dimensions, but I could be wrong. See if that works for ya.

yeah i searched for it and read that thread, didnt seem to find any sizes, i was lookin for someone who bought one from JUN and hasnt installed it yet and could measuer it up

sure its not harder than that...37RC isnt very hard...id think it would be more in the 63RC range..

yup had it in house hardness tested, and 37 rockwell is plenty hard for the job it has to do.
