Crank but no start P1320 code - 2001 QX4

My 2001 QX4 will crank over but not start. When I checked the codes I had P1320 and P1614. I thought it may be the key but the Nats light turns off when the key is in the ignition. I cleared the codes and P1614 does not come back but P1320 comes up every time I crank it over. I replaced all ignition coils with OEM about 3 years ago (35,000 miles). Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It also started up fine one time with no issues.
