In the following link they have two crank bearings listed. One is just a crank bearing and the other is a crank bearing "center" or something. I tried searching some but couldn't find why it there would be two different crank bearings listed. I really don't know much about internals so forgive me if this is an elementary question.http://www.projectnissan.com/s...=&SKU=

youll need 1 center, and 4 of the other, the center bearing goes between pistons 2 and 3, its beefier

The center bearing acts as a thrust bearing it has lips that keep the crank from moving back and forth.

thats right your center bearing is a thrust bearing. but if i was you i would just go to your local autoparts store and buy a bearing set for about 40 bucks.the set comes with everything you need.

that's originally what i was gonna do but i'm real paranoid of catastrophic failures and such so i figure i'll go all out in some areas of the motor to make sure she lasts me a good long time.
