crank angle sensor

ok, I have a noob question. On my 89 240, I havew no injector pulse. I searched the threads, and still have a question. If the crank angle sensor is bad, causing the injectors not to pulse, will I still get fire to the plugs?

the crank angle sensor doesn't tell the injectors to pulse. they're for sparking the plugs. completely seperate. what you should do is check your ECU for codes. It sounds like something is causing the ECU not to send its impulses to the injectors

the crank angle sensor works in conjunction with cam sensor to adjust timing if i remember correctly
