what exactly needs to be taken apart to get that cam out and replace with another? how much do i have to take apart to get to it? any special procedures? is it just a remove and replace? never changed a cam before right now the motor is in the car with everything put together

pull plenum, timing belt, valve cover and cam caps. might as well do the timing belt while you are at it!
