(Crank Angle Sensor) S13 transmission into S14 KA HELP!!

I'm about to do a transmission swap. I have a S14 zenki and the "new" transmission is from a S13 KA. Now i hear that the S13 transmission doesn't have a Crank Angle sensor... Would that be a problem since the S14 does? Where would i put? Leave it dangling? ANY help at all would be great. thanks.
