My long range plans had included eventually upgrading to either SplitFire DIS Ignition packs or the HKS Ignition Amplifier. From what I can tell, the Crane HI-6DI2 is kind of like the HKS unit, maybe even a bit more pimp because it does timing retard under boost.
Anyway, a buddy of mine needs some money
so he is selling the unit REALLY cheap 
. I'm probably going to pick it up, unless anyone has had some really terrible experience with the things. I had a Crane ignition on my L-series motor, but that had a distributor. It worked great though. I figure that their CD system must be at least equally as good?If not, they're based here in California. I can go throw the unit through their window if it breaks my motor, right? :icesangel
