Crackling speakers' radio is off

Hi, I have a 2016 Rogue SL w/Bose system. Started having issues with my sound system after I had water leak from moon roof. very loud crackling noise when the radio is on or off. I have fix the leak and noise still comes and goes. I replace the AMP but no fix. seems to be noticeable on hum or rain days. Any help would grateful.

My first guess is that you have water (and probably corrosion) in the connectors under the A-pillar on the side that was leaking, including the big SMJ connectors. Leaks down the A-pillars on gen2 Rogues almost always soak the connectors, and if you don't treat the problem right away, the fragile male pins can corrode to nothing. Crack the connectors and look for green. Use Deoxit to treat any green you find, then use WD40 or PB Blaster to chase out any remaining water, then finally use dielectric grease to make sure any pins which have lost their plating don't corrode further.
