Crackling sound in front Bose speaker

I am experiencing a crackling sound coming from the front speaker of my 93 J30. Does anyone have any of the Bose speakers avail? I understand that the Bose speakers are unique from others in the fact that they have a built in amp, low ohms, etc? Does this make them a difficult change out? Any help would be appreciated.

Bad speaker amps are a common problem in the early 90's Infiniti and Nissan. Each speaker in your Bose system has its own amp. The front speaker/amp is in a black box behind the door panel and it's very easy to change out. I have amps for sale if you're interested:
