Hi Everyone,

We had an incident backing our 2013 Rogue up out of the garage with the hatch up. As a result, the fake chrome trim piece right above the hatch handle has cracked as well as the black trim piece that houses the hatch handle.

Everything works, but it looks bad. Does anyone have any idea if this is possible to DIY? Does anyone know of a way to order these parts? I found a site https://parts.nissanusa.com/nissanparts ... &siteid=14 but it's not clear which parts match.

I'm afraid that something like this from an autobody shop would cost way more than it should to fix.

Thanks in advance!

Take a trip to the local junk yard. Guaranteed fit, road tested. A price that won’t send you into orbit.

By the distortion of light reflection there you appear to have bent the hatch sheetmetal itself above the black part.............

Welcome to NICO!

What trim level is your vehicle? This will help identify the exact part you'll need.

The reason you can't figure out what part matches is because the page you pulled up is for the inside of the hatch, whereas your damage is on the outside.

Thanks for the replies. This is the base trim, S, AWD.

The exterior hatch parts pages on that site seemed even less helpful, so I just picked one and linked to it. I'm not seeing a callout of the specific parts I need on that site. I agree a junkyard visit may be in order.
