Cracked S13 Silvia Light

Okay, I cracked my driver side headlight(triple projection). Ugh.

Now I can get another headlight which is pretty messed up but the glass housing is still in good shape.

Now my question is. How do I REMOVE the glass housing off the headlights and swap them?

I know I have to remove all the rubber stuff, remove the clips and stick it at the oven. But can anyone go into DETAILED instructions on how to do this?
