Cracked plastic on speedometer

I have a speedometer where the plastic is cracked on the face, Just wondered if I can remove and replace it or if any one knows how it can be fixed, I thought Maybe I can get something at a junk yard or would I have to order the new plastic to replace the old cracked piece, also does any one know how hard it is to get the speedometer or guages out or is it pretty simple to possibly fix, thx in advance

if you do replace it, try to get the 2010 gauges they look more sportier (color scheme)
