cracked lip

has anyone out there tried to fix a cracked lip with a chunck taken out of it, im thinking fiberglass/bondo/ and lots of sanding. any better suggestions, or experiences

I fixed my wife's with fiberglass. Had a 6" crack, no chunks though.

you could use a plastic welder if you have one close by. i cant remember if you can weld urithane though.
