Ok, so car was perfectly fine, I parked, and the curb was too high in the front in the parking lot... my front mount hit it, and now when I accelerate you hear a lot of air (from turbo) being blown out of a hole.. problem is, I dont know where the hole is...

Is there a way to run smoke through the intake to find the leak?

Thanks

Are you sure its not a hose? I have always hooked an air compressor to an intercooler, and plugged the other end, and listened/ felt for the leak.

i would imagine you could try a fog machine-type deal for it to check for leaks, but you'd have to pressurize it in order to push it out through the hole.

if you have an air compressor, try rigging up something to pressure test the IC - and if you find a hole, it could probably be patched with jb weld or something along those lines, or an actual weld itself.

Found the problem...

Cracked inlet on intercooler, cracked pipe and hole in a silicone coupler...

all fixed!
