Cracked Injen Exhaust Tip

Has anyone encounted problems with the Injen or any other exhaust tip cracking? What would cause this to happen? Would this still be undern the manufacturer's warranty?

Any evidence that the tip hit the ground or anything else? If not, you might have a warranty case on your hands...
