I was cleaning my stock 370cc injectors and replacing the o-rings. Upon reinstalling them in the fuel rail and screwing the caps on, one of the plastic tops of the injectors cracked in a horseshoe pattern. Nothing broke off it.
I have a spare set of much higher mileage injectors I can swap one out from, but I'm not sure if I need to. Does anyone know if the cracked plastic is going to cause issue or a leak? Is there still a metal casing under the plastic that will keep it from leaking?
Pics to come later today.
Thanks guys!
