Cracked fuel rail cover

Tonight I noticed that the black plastic cover on the fuel rail was cracked and slightly broken. Does this affect anything?

nope if you look closer youll see its a harness cover.

Yeah I saw that it was just a cover over the wires, but just asking to make sure.
