I just replaced my fog lights (bulbs) and after using them for a while found a large crack in the glass. Does it need to be replaced or will it be ok. If it needs replacing where can I get a set of clear lense cheap replacements, because I know the factory replacements are about $110 each.

It depends on exactly how bad the crack is. If it is deep and you think it will eventually break due to the stress placed from the oncoming wind that you hit while driving. If it was me and your this concerned to post online, I would go ahead and get it replaced. You can go to a junkyard and find a pair. They might need a little bit of cleaning but you should be good. But I am pretty sure that you are going to have to call a lot of junkyards to find this car. There are not many of your models just sitting around in a junkyard. But that would be your first bet and then last option you have the brand new ones available.

It should be shown on how to replace the fog light bulbs in the owners manual. Once you get the front cover off the is pretty straight forward. You just have to look for the screws that allow the whole housing to come out. If I am not mistaking on my 1995 I think I took out 2 screws and the housing was in my hand. Wires I would not really worry about they just pull out on my car. It is just a flat plug. On the newer ones I am not really sure.

P.S. If not then just cut them off and leave enough so that you can use heat shrink connectors and splice them together.
