crack pully will turn half way?

ok so today i go to turn my crack pully to see if it turned ok, it seemed to turn fine then all of a sudden it would just stop, like something is hitting inside the transmission? its out of gear and ebrake is off... what could it be? im thinking its the starting causing the sudden stop?

wow gg, it was my slave cylinder bolts being way to long!
