So I bought this thing for my s13 for 115$ shipped. I placed the order on 5/15. Prior to ordering they answered my emails. After I ordered I couldn't get an order status, tracking number or any type of reponse over email. I then tried phone, left numerous messages to call back. I even tried calling at differnt time 7AM pst to 5PM pst and it's the same damn answering service.

I am currently in the process of charge back with my credit card company but damn their service suck.

i ordered from them cuz if you go on ebay they have the same bars but about $50 cheaper. and they sent me the wrong ones...and then told me there was a problem at the border with the importing...overall not worth my time.

Yeah, if you want the tribar, then you will have weld on a attachment, shouldn't be a big deal.

The support the regular bar provides is plenty.

well they finally got back to me, nice customer service. Here is the email conversation, so far cp racing still sucks

Quote »Drama? Oh wait, I forgot I was at fault when your company intently refused to answer my emails or voicemails for an entire month after I paid. If you want to stop shipment that's fine, go right ahead because I already got my money back from my bank. I just so happen to be without a rear strut bar that I am willing to give your company another chance. I can tell you right now that you're losing business by your foul business ethics but not that you would care or anything. Yeah, keep it up.

Here is one of the complaints I left at my favorite Nissan board (http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....67405), I also done that to zilva.net and a few other Nissan message boards and if I can prevent any sale, then my effort is a fruitful one. Whether I praise or condemn your company in the end is depending on how you conduct "customer service" with me.

Anyways, like I mentioned in the voice mail I left oh about 3 or 4 weeks ago, your strut bars looks tempting and I really want to believe that your company is a good one. Try not to ruin it a 2nd time around please?

No need for drama, we can stop shipments in mid transport..make no mistake.Due to wait we will make allowances as we understand you are being careful.Re the web site, it only displays the entered weight on the weigh bill, someone obviously entered the wrong weight as it weighs more than 4 pounds...youwill be please no doubt. Will watch for the recharge.

I bought some silvia projectors off of them and they never delivered. I know its off topic, but it all goes back to many empty promises. The guy still swears he sent them out. I will NOT pay him for those unless they actually show up now. never EVER ever. But i was told "I" was jaded... suit yourself, im jaded because i trusted them.
