who else has installed this on there 240? I ran into a problem the throttel cable is to short did you guys get a new one or modify this one? If I do need a new one than what kind?

Quick archive search turned up that thread. Should be a good solution to your problem throttle cables aren't hard to modify.

make one.1/16" wire rope and some throttle stops.

Thanks guys hhhhhhmmmmmm I need to know how the throttel positioning sencor goes on as well cuz i got the 80mm throttel and it looks to me like the throttel postioning secors are different and as far as the connection and bots so i can botl the on off the stock RB20 man hhhhmmm lol danggggggiiiittttttt o well with your helps we'll get this situation figured out

Ok guys let me translate what my friend Mike is trying to say here, since I'm working on the car and know exactly whats going on.

We got our selves a front facing mani, with the 80mm billet throttle body, I believe it's a mustang one.

Here is the problem the tps thats on there now. has only one plug going to it, the tps from the RB has 2 plugs as you all know. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge or anything on how to hook up this type of TPS.

If this is not at all possible with stock ecu I'm just going to save my self the time and throw on the stock tp on there.

I got mine to fit, I mounted the TB on its side so the TPS is facing towards the ground and the cable mounts at the top of the plenum.. heres a pic..



I plan to lengthen it eventually, for now it reaches...

no Im using the Q45 90mm TB, and just swapped my s1 TPS onto the Q45 since the connection was different.
