i was driving down the highway today and i went by fort bragg and a guy in an s13 drove up..his hood was really shimmed so the back was up..like a cowl hood

besides looking slightly ghetto, has anyone done it?..work, or just useless?

search for "hood spacers", its ghetto but really common.
