lol, well in the rural part of north GA I lived in for 7 years, anytime an accident occurred bc someone's livestock got out of the fences and into the roads, the owner was cited by the police and had to pay the vehicle owner for the damage. Happened twice to people we knew. I'm sure it ultimately depends upon the state and local laws there though.jeff420 wrote:
