cover under engine

hey, my 240 has been sitting in my yard for about 2 years, and i'm starting this project, and i had to order a new front and side fenders because the old ones were crap. My main question is theres that piece of fiberglass or whatever it is under the engine and it also goes over the struts and attaches to the fender wells, does anyone know where i could find one of these
