I've tried searching, but everything I've found was either incomplete..or was different somewhere else. I even tried asking Mazworx, about 3 times.., what was involved with their jumper harness for it to be worth $240 and need me to send in my KA harness, but they never answered it.

I'm assuming I'm going to need to rewire the dash connector on the engine harness..does anyone have any info/diagrams for it? And what about the lower harness to body harness connector?

Thanks in advance

Mazworx isn't going to answer that question... $240 is steep. I wish I could be of help to you, but my wiring won't be done until August... I'm not creating a jumper, I'm creating a master harness. You need the KA harness because you use connectors from it to make the VH harness compatible with the S13's harnesses for the fuel system, etc. I can get you wiring diagrams to help you out if you can't wait on me, I just need to know the S13 year and the Q45's year.

My car is a 90, the q45 will probably be a 94-95, I don't know the difference between the 90-93 electrical, if there even is one.

I don't want to make a jumper either I'm rewiring the whole car, I'm trying to find exactly what wires need to be moved, or atleast what they're for. I know the dash connector, I'm sure there's probably some on the lower harness as well. I plan on rewiring the fuel pump circuit completely so I don't have to worry about that.

Just make sure you do it right and do your research. There's a lot of headaches when you have wiring problems.

There are wiring diagrams in the FSMs for these cars, both of which can be found here:

My car used to be a wiring headache..redoing it all for that reason

I guess I'll start tracing some wires, if anyone who's done it wants to chime in and maybe save me a few hours let me know lol

I have a bunch of sheets of wiring diagrams for both cars with highlighting and notes, and I have a few notebook pages of tips and routing information... all of which are safe and sound in my garage in New York, lol. I live in Northern Virginia now and until I have a garage here, I won't see any of that stuff - which sucks for both of us I suppose.

Good luck!

Feel free to ask specific questions along the way, because I can probably recall a lot of the information if the right question jars me.

wiring between the early and late vh engines by and large is the same...but there are some minor differences.

^Yeah, I think I remember there being a couple subtle wire color differences, etc.

I did a VH45DE conversion a few years ago into a 72 240Z and have a diagram of how I powerd up the VH harness. Might help you sort it out.
PM me and I'll send you a high res picture of it.
