Finally! about to start her up and see what happens... just a few questions realy quick. thanks for ANY input and ill make this as painless as possible.

#1. ok, biggest thing never messed with an EBC and need to find out where to throw it? one port says "com" and the other(one without the hose) says "in". anything works but i know its supposed to ge tits signal from the wastegate perhaps?

#2. umm whats this? thats all i have to say... wheres she go?

#3. as you can see heres my TB. never evn seen any pics on here of one that has the same ports on the bottom like this? i know the top two lines...(FPR, & blockd off). but the two bottoms? left side terns back and right side terns points torwards the rad... cap em or what?

#4. i know this might be a noob one buuuut ill know what it is when i hook it up!! ok the L shaped hard line on the left? undr the valve cover nipple... and the two vertical ports coming out of the head. how do they run and what do they connect to?

#2 is your knock sensor. It is bolted to the block under the intake manifold.

#3 those two ports are coolant ports. We have a few threads about those floating around. In fact I just posted in one a few weeks ago

#4 the L shaped is the fuel inlet for the rail. The two straight up ones on the manifold are vac ports for the PVC valve (the big thing sticking out of the corner of your VC). The factory setup has a tube connecting those ports and then runs a single nipple to the PVC valve.

Word of advice. Fix your injector plugs. Your #2 injector looks like it could short the wires together way too easily. the KA uses identical injector plugs if you need to source any.

so i got all the bugs out...comes down to tha sacred key turn and it b****es out! idk...ive went over the harness and connectors 5 times already. the clutch switch and everything in tha floor board seems good. all the powers and grounds are connected... everythings normal untill i tern the key and then the radio goes black for a secound and the turbo timer restarts and counts 30 2nds. any ideas? i cnt beleive its this close and now some wiring is keeping it park! any idea AT ALL just post up...

Just out of complete curiosity - seeing as it sounds like the engine isn't turning over at all - did you check battery?

I remember my KA doing the same thing when my alternator wasn't working properly. . .

Sorry, I'm not much help because I was just introduced to the SR. . .

it wont budge... it doesnt fire try to or turn over at all. i hit the key and it power goes out for a split secound and it comes back. i jumpd terminals on the startr and it sparks so tht helps i guess, i thot maybe the clutch switch or ignition switch but none of that was bad before so why would it now. the batterys grounded fine and theres only a few on the motor and they are all hooked up8( anything?
