Couple ?'s concerning an '07 M35x

..my sister just bought a '07 M35x (used / Certified @ 39k) for about $26,500 out the door. After she took it in for certification, I noticed some things about the car that I didn't notice before when I first got to drive it home the day she got it.

Problem #1. They replaced all 4 tires w/brand new tires.. and now the front brakes stick whenever I let off the pedal. I looked on the work order and no where did they state they replaced the brakes/rotors.

Problem #2. There's a squeaking noise coming from the grill area (..at first, I thought its most likely the timing belt, but after I searched for a lil'.. it could also be the drive belt? It only seems to happen on first-starts when its rly cold outside.

Other than those two minor problems, the car runs, looks, and functions great! I love how the interior is setup.. I'll post some pics of it tomorrow! Definitely a better car than my '03 Acura TL-S.

Edit* Also, she got it with the regular Halogen lights. She wants to add a HID kit onto it.. does it have ballast mounting locations? ..or would I need to find a custom mounting location for it. Thanks in advance!
