Sounds like the idle may need adjusted on the ecu or iacv its self.
Do you have a wideband display in car or some way to monitor it? The tune at idle may not be perfect, I'm not sure but I haven't heard good things about his tunes.
The clutch and oil could be related. Or the oem clutch may not be enough for your holset, as capable of far more then the stock clutch can handle, in addition to drift/track abuse. Solve your rear main leak and inspect the clutch.
I have a 300zx stage 2 clutch form dxd south bend and it can hold 400ft-lbs in a heavier Z it was $330 shipped and its an awesome clutch.
