1- I looked up all the alternators, each year each engine has its own. Take yours to a parts store and see if they can match one up.

2-UPGRADE?-Nismo sells one...replacement I believe Z32 works.

3-No gasket, just RTV.

4-It is not real hard to install, but you might need to swap the cover from your 240 onto it...get a gasket from the dealer for that baby though.

5-No clue in Cali where to go. Call around

Yeah, the z32 thermostat is same.

Oil pan gasket, just remove pan, use a wire wheel and razor blade to remove all the old gasket and then use "ultra black" from NAPA or Walmart.

Not sure about alternator

What type of LSD?

If you have an RB20, the alternator from a KA24E will work. You just need to lengthen the whole in the slider bracket thing a little bit. I suck at explaining things online, but if you get you, it will mount right up and you'll see what ya need to do.

I can swap a vlsd in about 30 mins now, it's pretty easy. Just unbolt everything with the car up on jackstands, and then lower it out with a jack..then reverse.

Just so you know, you'll need an 18 and maybe 19mm socket for the rear nuts.
