1) Has there been a definite answer to the injector o- ring sizing? Ive searched but there is no definite conclusion, ca18de, ka24e?

2) Using a sr t25 turbo .80 ar, is there any need to move up in size to 444 cc injectors, if I plan on running around 14 pounds? Planning ssac front mount kit, and have rom chipped ecu, with boost increase and fuel cut. Or can I stay with the 370's?

3)For people not using their water lines..what did you use you use to block off the ports.

4) Using a ssac bottom mount manifold... how much trouble is there using the stock oil lines.

5) On the back of the intake manifold there are 3 lines, what does the thickest tube, and smallest tube go to? I'll try to get some pics up of this soon.

Thanks, guys.

Answer: dont know, they're denso, call an EFI shop. it's not rocket science.

2) Using a sr t25 turbo .80 ar, is there any need to move up in size to 444 cc injectors, if I plan on running around 14 pounds? Planning ssac front mount kit, and have rom chipped ecu, with boost increase and fuel cut. Or can I stay with the 370's?

Answer: The SR turbo will be ok at 14 pounds. Depending on what the rom chip is for, is what will determine the requirements. 444 or 550 will be nice.

3)For people not using their water lines..what did you use you use to block off the ports.

Answer: water lines to turbo? why not use them? If you have to block them, I would recommend using a tig and a bung to block them. This will reduce the life of the turbo.

4) Using a ssac bottom mount manifold... how much trouble is there using the stock oil lines.

Answer: oil lines may need some tiny adjustment, but they SHOULD be a direct fit. SSAC is not so reliable.

5) On the back of the intake manifold there are 3 lines, what does the thickest tube, and smallest tube go to? I'll try to get some pics up of this soon.

Answer: big one is heater hose water, second one is water for turbo, smaller one is manifold pressure signal for turbo wastegate. Engine models differ, in regards to what pipes go behind the manifold. Would have to wait for pics to be certain.

Thanks, guys.

1. IIRC the CA18DE injector orings will work with stock injectors or NISMO injectors. I'm not sure on this so someone else could chime in.

2.IMHO, you'd be too close to the limit of those injectors. I'd go with the 440cc injectors.

3.Don't block off the water lines. They really do help with cooldown after you turn off the car.

4.They're a pita and you might have to bend them a little bit, but they'll work. I would HIGHYLY advise that you get a set of SS lines.

5. Pics please...
