okay, here are said questions. One, if i buy the type x tail lights it says that all is included except the wiring. But i should already have the wiring if i have functioning tail lights? Two. I am thinking of ways to make my little red rocket a tad quicker. could i in theory put a cower stage two cam into a pretty much stock engine without doing any damage or anything.

you're going to need a tune to take fully advantage of the cams. I don't know if those cams you listed can be used with OEM valve springs.
about the tail lights, I believe you just slap them on and use the wiring harness with the bulb respectively from the car.

the stage twos are plug and play, I just got a set. only hassel is cutting the exhaust cam and the 100mile or so break in period, the valves click until it all settles in.

that's the reason I went with the s1 cams. I didn't like the idea of grinding off a perfectly made cam.

s1 cams are great especially paired up with a tune from JWT.
