Im looking to swap a vh45de in my auto s14 Kouki... I have a couple of questions (I searched couldn't find the answer)

1. Will a stock Z32 TT auto trans bolt up right up to the VH block without a adapter plate?2. I heard you can use VK45DE heads on VH45DE and get massive HP increase, is this true or false?3. If I'm going to use Mazworx mount kit, will I have to cut the hood/custom make, or it will have somewhat of a clearance? 4. Also, does VH45 have problems with oil starvation?

Thanks in advance guys.

1. No, TT auto won't bolt up, if it did we would all bolt up 5 speeds... The Q45 auto is practically the same. I believe that the TT auto will bolt to the Q45 auto bellhousing if you want to use that 'box

2. Not sure

3. I think it fits in fine

4. Some people have had trouble, it APPEARS that it could be due to somewhat dodgy DIY sump deisgns. I reckong a Accusump is a wise investement and will be running one on my Z.

1. No2. Not Sure3. Probably not as I worked with them for a prototype of this for my Z32: zer...-of-14. No - Mazworx drag races theirs without any issues / autocross may be different - different forces. If you mod it make sure you end up with enough oil capacity - at least that of stock. I was under the impression the s chassis didn't require oil mods - but I may be wrong.

Thanks,Nick.
