couple of questions

ok i have a couple of questions. i own a 1989 240sx and i made it into a racecar for a local oval track. in my process of striping all the unneeded wires i think i cut one that shouln't of been cut. i cut all the wires to the transmission and now at the end of the straight away in 3rd gear the car just shuts off. any ideas?

and also is there anylittle tricks to get some extra horsepower out of it?

all the transmission wires? that stuff connects to the lower electricals. where exactly did you cut. my guess would be neutral switch
