ok where should i start...my car(s13) 92 240sx hatch non abs.suspension so far, lol, i have tokico blues all around, rear strut barwheels i have focal f10, on right now, 225/40/18 all around no rub :D soon going to get the K Sport Coilovers

future upgrades are as follows which will lead into the questions...

http://www.konigwheels.com/cat...d=326

and im gettting the 15 inch ones ( $105 a peice :D ). also the tires im getting with them are the 215/60/15 in front falken 512 and the rears are going to be the 225/60/15 with 15mm wheel spacers :D looking for spacers...

http://www.konigwheels.com/cat...d=137

thought about these, but eh, i dont know. the first ones are my fav color and my car will be saphirre blue

also the 215's wont throw off the speedometer too much . i think it will be like 1 or 2 mph off.

ok i am either thinking of upgrading to the z32 or the q45 brake system. now will the 30mm clear the 15's (not the heliums, the other rims)??? if not im guessing that i will go with the 24 or 28mm (what ever the other is!) . which ones would be better for auto crossing every now and then? more daily driving than anything? hmmm i think that is about it. oh and when i do get the coilovers, do i have to worry about those clearing too? say if i dropped it about an inch or inch and a half even two inches?? also just to add to the plans... im getting the sr20det redtop. and 4point roll bar. ok that should be it, plan on getting the tein inner + outer tie rods, adj tc rods, and sus tech sway bars.... yup that should be all.

i wouldnt mind having the 30mm upgrade, but if i can i would rather go for the 26mm(?whatever?) upgrade but which one. and arent the 30mm ones made from aluminum? and the smaller ones from cast iron? are the q45's cast iron too???? or are the aluminum?

ok if anything else i will ask later

thanks a lot guys :D

What's the offset of those wheels?

If you plan on getting 15mm spacers, you won't have any problems clearing z-brakes or coilovers with those small wheels.

the 26 and 30mm calipers will have the same braking capabilities for autox. go for the aluminum 30mm calipers if you can.

I'm pretty sure the q45 calipers are iron.. but don't quote me on that.

Well, he says he's getting 15mm spacers...but I'm not sure if he's just getting them for the rear.

If you were planning on doing one or the other, install the spacers in the front...makes 800,000 times more sense.

Better plan on using q45 brakes.

Also, don't stagger the tires.

I would have just went with a uniform tire size all around..

I say just get 15mm spacers for the front at least, and you won't have any problems clearing z-brakes or coilovers.. but then your rear wheels will look funny because they'd be all sunken in....

just got in from work and i got some replies :D

CHET: no im just excited that i can get a good deal on them, and i found out what offset they were. also im not too familiar with offset's and whatnot, hence me posting on here. not trying to sound like a ____ at all, but i was just trying to get help from you guys. i am clueless and i just want to make sure i do this right. And hte reason I asked if they would be ok with coilovers is the fact that whoever i talked to ( brad i think his name was) told me that a 60 series tires would have problems on a lowered car. and my plans are to lower it and put the wheelspacers on them. i have no one here to exlpain it to me... in person that is. and im better at learning something when it is explained to me in person.

as for the spacers i am trying to decide wether or not to get them all around still need to get some more info...

and if you are right, crzycav86, i will go with the 30mm caliper brake upgrade! mos def!!!! i think i can get it for around $530

ok as for going all around with uniform size, i just wanted a lil bit more of a bigger tire on the rears for when i autox. better grip... getting larger on the fronts really wouldn't help... or so i was told. So that question still remains... will i be able to fit a 60 series tire on them with no problem???

but how would it affect my car if i got the wheels spacers all around??? and what sizes should i look at? 15 all around? or 5 in front 15 in the backs?

ok also i wanted to throw this in also speedometer readings...when it reads 70mph it will be really another speed

changing from 205-60-15 to 205-50-15 would throw it off by -6.54% which means 65.42mph

changing from 205-60-15 to 215-60-15 would throw it off by 1.91% which means 71.34mph

changing from 205-60-15 to 205-55-15 would throw it off by -1.52 which means 68.94

did i put to much thought on this or what???? um i think i might of. heh well let me know guys :D and im off to work again

peace

um what????

i read somewhere you can use the vr4 (mitsu 3000gt) rotors cuz they are 30mm as well but i can't remember if they are 4 lug or five. any one know what im talking about?

Install the spacers on the front because thats where you'll need them if you end up getting 300zx brakes and/or coilovers.

Don't stagger the tires so you can rotate them properly.

I haven't heard of these vr4 rotors.. explain?
