Couple of grounding questions

Hey, Ive had a battery drain problem and I cant seem to figure it out.

I had a couple of RB20 specific questions.

a) Where is the ECU grounded? I see that there are several grounds on the pinout, but I cant trace any of them to the chasis or block or anything. I know next to nothing about wiring so maybe I'm off. The only way the ECU seems to acutally be grounded is that its metal and is atatched to the body.

b) Where is the grounding strap on the exhaust shield suposed to ground to? I noticed it wasnt attatched to anything so I put it on the hanger that holds the vacuum lines to the intake manifold right above it, but that doesnt seem right seing as its isolated by silicone couplers.
