couple G35 questions

quick questions.

'04 G35 - Sedan. I've noticed (at highway speeds) that cold air is coming out of the power window switches. is that normal?

Also, when I'm in the "manual" mode - occasionally it takes two attempts to go from 2nd to 3rd. Anyone else experience that? Do I need to hit a certain RPM in order for it to work properly?

I had the same problem. When you slap it up a gear, don't smack it so quickly. Hold it there for a split second, and it will go. If it hits the switch and backs off the switch too quickly, it won't shift the gear.
