I'm having a couple problems with my 92 240SX 5spd with 151k.

1) the clutch system doesn't seem to want to hold pressure. I replaced the master cylinder, which was only 2 months old, and it seems to be slowly losing pressure again. It shifts fine, but the pedal only returns about 3/4 of the way up. The clutch pedal completely disengages...it seems that other 1/4 is freeplay. the slave cylinder is also about 2 months old, and neither cylinder is leaking. I've bled it multiple times, both at the slave and the junction box.

2) It bogs between 3k and 4k rpm. It's not a continuous bog, just "blips" of power loss, and only in 2nd-5th gear in that certain rpm range. The spark plugs and fuel filter are about 2 months old, and I replaced the fuel pump yesterday. I also checked the tightness and gap on the spark plugs. I'm replacing the in-tank fuel pump filter tomorrow, because the new pump makes a slight whining/whirring noise every so often, just like the old one did, though less often. My guesses are MAF or plug wires, because both were on the car when I bought it 6 months ago, and I have no idea how old they are, though the wires look fairly new. It has a Injen pop charger intake filter, btw. Thanks for any help

Here's an update:

1) I fixed the clutch problem by just adjusting pedal height. The fork on the shaft going into the master cylinder was threaded all the way in.

2) Still haven't found out why it hesitates...now I have a new MAF problem. The connector to the MAF sensor is loose, even when connected on correctly. When I hook it up, the car will run fine...until I slam the hood or a door, then it will jar the MAF and idle strange/not rev over 2500. I used zipties to hold it on tightly for now. Any way to retighten that connector? Thanks
