a buddy of mine is getting a f-350 diesel that is stock and is trash talkin me sayin his 350 is faster. i know nothin about trucks or whether his truck would be faster. wouldnt the weight difference give me a huge advantage and allow me to beat him every time? also i have an injen intake and stillen catback exhaust

checked the 0-60 and my coupes about 3 seconds faster but he claims he can beat me off the light which i dont know if he can

He is right. He's gonna beat you like 0-20. The torque on those things are unbelievable. But he won't beat you to sixty. They are only fast through first gear.

I own a 2008 f350 4wd. I have a banks intake and exhaust with a mild tune. My wife's 08 coupe with 3.5 has an aem intake stillen exhaust. I am here to tell you, I can not beat her car! In 4hi power launching with 30 psi of boost, I can get close, but she will pull at least half a car length on me. Now a 2.5 I can take. Also, if we are rolling at least 30 mph, I can pull on the ac to about 70 and then she will overtake me. If your friend thinks he can beat you to 60 with a stock f 350, he is on crack! It is difficult to motivate a 7800 lbs truck to get going.
