coupe>vert.door wiring help please

for all you guys that have done the door swap or anyone that knows. how do you wire the drivers side door so that all the windows sill work? i got the passenger side done but im not sure on what to do for the drivers side.

the coupes blue clip has only 6 wires and the vert door has 8. im guessing this is the power wires but, how do i wire them up to work with the coupe clip. also the vert and coupes white clip has a bunch of different colored wires that dont match up and im not sure which ones goes where.

if anyone can please help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks all

I ended up swapping both wiring harnesses from the vert door to the coupe doors. This will probably end up being a cleaner way to finish the swap as opposed to rewiring the existing coupe harness.

ughhh!!! is that the only way to do it??? my bf went and cut the clips off and gave the doors away to one of his friends already. damn =(

is there any way to just splice the wires in or are there other parts that i still need from my old vert door???

So the vert door wiring harness is cut up? .

Technically, everything is nearly the same (even though color wires are different, the only real problem I see is if you have an alarm wired up and the coupe/hatch door is a sohc model - different signals to lock/unlock doors). For that, you can either swap over the door lock mechanisms, or rewire the alarm.

For the 6 -> 8 wires, just figure out on the door side which 2 wires go to the power mirrors.

Everything else should be just fine otherwise.

You can verify by d/ling the FSM and tracing wires.

yeah the dummy just cut the wires thinking id be able to splice them back in. but i dunno about that one. one of the vert connectors has a different clip with 8 wires going through it and the coupe one we got only has a 6 pin connector. im thinking that the extra two wires are suppose to go to a seperate amp for the rear window controls or something.

oh yeah the coupe had power mirrors but thats the one with six wires. the vert has manual mirrors but it has two extra thick wires.

you guys got any ideas??? also does anyone have a diagram for the vert doors or or window assembly???
