COUPE SPOTTEDNJ garden st

i was driving down the NJ garden state parkway heading northbound, and when i was at about exit 117, a silver coupe with black rims and a fox marketing rear bumper kit on it...the rear lights were tinted and it had a lip spoiler and a rear windown spoiler....i was trying to chase/follow it for about 25 miles lol..since i was headed in the same general direction....i ended up going southbound off the turnpike...and he ended up going northbound towards the city.

whos is itttttt...first one ive ever seen in nj with some sort of kit.
