Anyone spotted one anywhere? Best I can tell no one makes them. See the rubber floor mats, but not trunk. Carry some things in the trunk that don't want to ruin the carpeted trunk mat so just trying to find a tough one.

Thanks

That's aparently sedan only. Good try though.

I really don't think they've made one.

Did just notice that to fit my cooler in the trunk for tailgating I'll have to remove the carpeted mat as well. That sucks.

Maybe trim one to fit.

You may be able to go to a dealer that sells mats and have one cut to fit as well.

If you are clever remove your carpeted mat to use as a template and roll your own by making a form out of plywood and then use fiberglass matting and form your own rigid one.

Yeah, I may just go to lowes/home depot and find some good material to make one that I don't care about getting dirty and that will completely protect liquids from going through.

Thanks

In some ways you may be more concerned with the style on the back of one of these mats compared to the normal top. A lot of mats have a honeycomb type of back which would work great for catching liquids if it were the top in a car. You will not be walking on it so why not flip it over if it works better for what you are buying it for.

Yeah, I'll look around and see what I can find. I mostly just transport small engine stuff from my dad's to friend's place, etc. So its gas/oil that I have to worry about. I'll find something. I usually wrap everthing in plastic as well, just want to be extra careful.
