Coupe questions after EGR removal.....(93 S13 DE)

Morning Gents... Yesterday I started on my KA-T project. I removed the EGR equiptment from the car. I did a search and did not find what I needed. (Im sure it was there, but did not read EVERY post on EGR.)

* I found the part number to get a Nissan "Plug-Taper" to cap off the EGR. Im guessing that will go up near the intake maifold? yes/no? My other questions are:

*Ive read to use a resistor on the electrical plug that was unpluged, but I could not find the ohm value and wattage, can anybody help me out here? Can this be picked up at Radio Shack?

*There are 2 vacuum lines that were pulled off, One with a red stripe and the other with a white stripe. Do I just plug off both? I thought I read somewhere that one was for the vacuum for the FPR.

you need the part to find out it's resistance across that part to trick the ecu. you can find alot of different resistors at radio shack and if it's not the resistance you need, put some in parallel/series to make it what you need.

Follow the vac lines. If one of those went to the fpr, you'd be able to see it. In which case don't cap that one off and put back the vac line for the fpr. the rest of the vac ports that now have no hoses, cap off.
