I've been to Dubia multiple times. It's not uncommon to see cars like this. They are everywhere.

On a side note, this guy is dead. He oversprayed over nearly the entire brake caliper, which means he can't stop anymore.

hahahahaha thats wat i was thinkin.......i was like wait his brakes are sprayed too wtf lol

The paint will burn off after a few miles of stop and go driving so he's still alive for people to leave their true opinions
