Hi,
First post in this forum. I bought 2008 Altima Coupe and am lovin' it. I am a Ford Mustang guy by heart but this is the most comfortable, quick and most ecomonical car for me right now (hour and 15 minute commute one way and I actually enjoy the drive to and from work).
I want to know if anyone out there knows where I could find a nice scripted coupe emblem that could be put under the Altima on the rear trunk (I think Nissan should have done it so they know what just blew by them ).
BTW, what do you think? Should Nissan have put coupe somewhere on such a nice car?

i took my emblems off. such a new car and people haven't the slightest idea what it is when they're behind you.

(former crappy stang owner here)...
IDK about your claims on "smoking" mustangs... with a 2.5 at 170hp... It should be a struggle to beat a 3.6l v6 no? I think they have 200hp to start...

depends on how the power gets to the ground and how the original power is rated . I would say it would be a fair race a 3.6 l Ford vs. a 2.5 Nissan but not a blowout by anymeans .wild willy wrote:

it also depends on the driver, people dont know how to race. at least every 2000-2004 stang v6 i raced the owner did not know how to race worth ****, they would have no traction at all because they rev to high from a start and keep the pedal planted in the floor. and i beat my share of automatic stangs within the same year, stangs are heavy and loose ALOt of power when transfering to wheels. v6 stang=slow!

I don't know about you but Nissan advertises the coupe with the lack of the rear doors. At least that was my first clue.
