Coupe drivers seat and tires

Hey everyone,

I thought I would let you all know that I was having problems with my drivers seat. It felt like it was about to fall apart, squeeking and rattling really bad so I took it in and they replaced (forgive me if I call it wrong) both the lifter link and the seat slide lifter assembly. If is perfect now and good as new.

They said that this is a common problem on the sedan so much so that they keep the parts in stock but rarely see it on coupes so I was the lucky one I guess

FYI - If you have problems with what seems like a loose seat, squeaking, creaking, rocking back and forth then that is likely your problem.

Also on a side note I am finally replacing my tires tomorrow. I am putting the same Bridgestone Potenza's that are on there and came stock when I bought it in Feb. 2005 back on there as I like them and I don't race.

The back tires have been replaced once before due to nails and were replaced free through the tire X-am maintenance program that I bought. HOWEVER, the front two tires are original and being replaced for the very first time with 29,685 miled on them. I still have a little bit of tread left. I am shocked that those two fronts lasted this long.
