Coupe Doesn't Honk when i lock and unlock

i dont have a clue as to what i did, but whenever i used to lock the car it honked, and when i unlocked the lights would flash...It stopped doing that a few days ago, but the lock and unlock still works...any ideas?Thanks!

there is a button sequence on the remote that you can press to get it to not honk. i dont remember what it is. but its on here..... i think its in the fsm

hold the unlock and lock key together and you'll be fine/thread

when u pres both it turns the honk on or off?

You have to hold them together for about 5 seconds. Then the car will honk to signal that it worked.

ive messed with the entire car already and check your fuses, i was playing eith them and found i could lock and unlock with out the honk which was a bit nice

your neighbor probably messed with it because it was so annoying

IMO its better to not have the honk.

i dont know about everyone else but i would rather my car not honk... just to avoid the attention.

i actually like the fact that my AC parking lights flash when i lock it so i know that its locked but when i go back to my car and unlock it.. it doesnt flash... this would probably be good for all the female AC drivers out there to give them peace of mind.... cause u always know in horror movies the killer always knows what car u goes into by which cars parking lights flash or which car horn honks when u unlock it to get in lol
