I'll believe that the cheats have been killed when I see it. Weren't cheats supposed to be dead in 1.5 too? To get rid of the cheats, they're going to have to come up with a new engine. Using the Quake 2 / Half-Life engine is a load of crap. If they want a real game, with no cheats... they're gonna have to write their own code.

As I said in an earlier post, CS sucks compared to America's Army if you want a realistic, first person shooter. If all you care about is cartoony, video game action though... CS is the way to go.

what the f^ck is counter strike sh1t! i slike some sort of duke nukem for like ahundred f^cking people. i think i seen something like that out in west philly in "K town". it was werd. it was a room with like 20 people that just shoot each other up. IDK looked gay to me.

do you have to buy the 1.6 and the condition Zero or is it a free add on like the CS 1.5? I love this game, hence, i'm in the military. My computer is too slow for playing that America Army game...

I just played 1.6 and its kind of the same gameplay. The new guns own all other ones (so easy to kill with the new rifles). THe new ct gun FAMAS can shoot 3 shot bursts or auto like the glock. The shield is awesome too. First I thought it was impenetrable, but after a few good shots, I can take the person with the shield out. The only cons is STEAM. I have not been successful in connection to servers (only connect a couple of lucky times).

s14gt: nah i never played it b4! i've seen it but you use the keyboard and sh1t and i was like thats gay. "if it doesn't use a playstation control stay away from it" is my modo! sorry s14 it's worse enough i spend 2hrs on this site, i wouldn't want to waste another 22hrs like you two do going to a fake a$$ arcades shooting the piss out of people when i can do that at home or at my friends house!
