He doesn't say how it's legal, so that leads me to believe that something isn't right.

If it was brought in through Florida, who knows what it could have gone through. It could be listed as a kit car as that seems to be a popular method of "by-passing", so to speak, the laws of the EPA, DMV, NHTSA, etc, etc, etc.

Remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

well the price sounds about correct for a federalized skyline .but if you have the money and you are serious about the car , tell him to email you the dot and nhsta papers. if they are legit go ahead and buy the car. good luck
