I just have an idea for anyone out there that may work in a body shop or something of the like, but it seems that the oem s13 sideskirts are obviously pretty rare for us, americans to acquire cheaply and pretty hard to find at that matter, so i was wondering if it would be possible to make direct copies of these hot items as a group buy type (much like they do on club4ag) of thing if enough members were interested in them. i know that they would have to be fiberglass or something of the like instead of the oem abs plastic, but this post is my 2 cents. so essentially all this crap that i wrote about lead to these questions--is there anyone out there that could perform this task? is there anyone out there that enjoys the clean lines of the oem style and would even be interested in this idea?

thanks and have a nice day

i know that pdm-racing offers them, but by the time you get them shipped from canada, including the hassle of going through pdm-racing the cost pretty much equals the cost of the better quality oem skirts. and i have heard that the pdm quality is not all that great with fitment, though that can be said with most fiberglass body parts in my experience with friends cars. i just seems like someone or someplace in the us could do this. i think that there is a website that does make fiberglass replica bodyparts like do-luck headlight covers with the air scoop. i wonder if they would do something like this....i forgot the name of the company though.

xenon sideskirts are a very nice alternative to the OEMs.

yes, they will fit all s13's whether the fastback, coupe, or 180sx in japan. i sure wish i would've posted this in the 240sx general section rather than the general nico section. can anybody move it for me? but what are the prices for the xenon kit? man it would be awesome if someone could fab these up. i know that is easier said than done, but someone out there has to have the experience or know who does

I always wanted stock sides and I still do when i go back to the stock bumper down the road. The guy that does on my body work can do custom fiberglass but he told me I would need the exact specs and the molding does get pricy.

well, i might have to just find some stock skirts so that i can compete my ride, i already have the front lip and soon to have rear lip, i just really want the stock sides and think that a lot of other people do to.

I have never heard about anyone having problems getting stuff from PDM. Fitment isnt always exact, but they are cheap and OEM replicas like you asked.

Good luck on finding oem skirts though if thats what you really wanted in the first place :)
